Rolen Miller

Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Miller is a 20-year industry veteran. He has held leadership positions in both gaming operations and gaming manufacturing, serving the Native American and charitable gaming markets. Mr. Miller has a thorough understanding of the gaming supply/manufacturing side of the gaming industry. Mr. Miller has worked with several Native American tribes in the State of Oklahoma and was instrumental in securing a Tribal/State Gaming Compact in 2005 through his work with the tribal negotiating teams. Mr. Miller was the assistant General Manager of the Isleta Casino Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a $100 million plus casino operation. He was responsible for all aspects of the gaming operations. Mr. Miller was also the founder of two successful gaming equipment companies, Envision Gaming and IGI, and holds numerous patents in gaming technology.

Matthew Weber

Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Weber was heavily involved in the initial capital raise that started Gaming Capital Group (“GCG”). In addition to being an owner responsible for strategic direction and investment decisions of the company, Mr. Weber also overseesall accounting & finance related matters of GCG. Prior to GCG, he was a vice president within the Gaming Division of Wells Fargo. There Mr. Weber successfully managed several of the bank’s largest relationships. He was also involved with Wells Fargo Gaming Capital and the equity investment arm of Wells Fargo. These divisions specialize in providing capital for high risk and startup gaming opportunities. Mr. Weber began his banking career in New York with FleetBoston Financial. There he was a financial analyst and portfolio manager for the bank’s International Corporate Business Group. Mr. Weber is a graduate of Fordham University.

Ward Chilton

Managing Partner
For 25 years, Mr. Chilton was part of an executive team that led IGT to global dominance of the slot machine industry. Mr. Chilton was Senior Vice President of North American sales and service for the company, responsible for the largest gaming marketplace in the world. Mr. Chilton was most recently a consultant to Wells Fargo Bank’s Gaming Division in Reno, Nevada. Prior to joining IGT, Mr. Chilton was a partner in a Nevada hotel/casino and was also involved in real estate development. Mr. Chilton has a business degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Sherri Lance

Managing Partner & President
Ms. Waters has 15 years management experience in Tribal government operations, including six years as the Chief of Staff for the Chickasaw Nation’s Division of Commerce. As Chief of Staff, Ms. Waters was heavily involved in all aspects of developing, planning and implementing expansion and growth plans for the Nation’s gaming operations, including contract negotiations. Ms. Waters was also responsible for the oversight of all new construction and many of the support functions for the Nation’s business operations. Ms. Waters has a business degree, Masters in Human Resources and an MBA.
