Sherri Lance | Managing Partner & President

Sherri Lance is the current President of Gaming Capital Group. She has served as President and Managing Partner since May of 2012. Sherri came to the company from the Chickasaw Nation’s Division of Commerce; where she served as the Chief of Staff for seven years. Overall, she has had 20 years of management experience that has helped her to thrive in the gaming industry.

Sherri grew up in Ada, Oklahoma. She attended East Central University (ECU) for her Undergraduate Degree and the University of Oklahoma for her Master’s in Human Relations. She has also earned her MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is now married and has three children (two sons and a daughter) and a granddaughter.

Sherri’s passion for the gaming industry began with her passion for the Chickasaw Nation. As the tribe grew, so did gaming. After much deliberation, she decided to focus her efforts in the gaming direction to take on her current role with Gaming Capital Group. However, this is not the extent of her leading efforts. Sherri is also involved with several organizations in the community, such as OAPCG (Oklahoma Association for Problem and Compulsive Gambling) and United Way of Central Oklahoma. OAPCG is dedicated to assisting those with gambling addictions. She has been involved with the organization for 10 years, six of which she has served as President. United Way’s Central Oklahoma chapter assists non-profit organizations in Central Oklahoma. She has served on the Board for several years and is now a part of the Executive Committee.

All in all, Sherri Lance is an exemplary leader at GCG and in her community. She continues to have a positive impact in her relationships and we are proud to have her as a part of the GCG family.
